The Lowdown
When Taco Time launched an order-ahead feature on their app, they could’ve just sent an email to announce the news. Instead, we unleashed the Taco Time Time Squad, and turned these characters loose in the drive-thru, giving real customers citations for wasting time when they could be skipping the line with the app.
Our in-house production arm, Petting Zoo, captured the stunt for all to see.
