Golden 1 Credit Union faced a tough task: How to compete with big banks with a fraction of their budgets. So rather than compete on their terms, we showed Californians what it feels like to be a member, not just a customer. Because as a not-for-profit credit union, Golden 1 puts their members’ interests first, making a million ordinary Californians feel like big-shots that they truly are.
