The DNA Business Leadership Team is Living Brat Summer

We can all be more brat, and at DNA we’re bringing this fresh perspective to our Business Leadership team.
Brat Summer is coming to an end, but we’re struggling to let it go.
Thanks to Charli XCX and the success of her aptly named album Brat, a word used to describe an unruly, spoiled child took on new meaning and started a movement of confidence, brashness, and authenticity.
We can all be more brat, and at DNA, we’re bringing this fresh perspective to DNA’s Business Leadership team. It’s all about being opinionated, evolving, and having fun.
Charli has a clear POV and doesn’t waver from it. This direct approach is key to the success of our Business Leadership team. Partners do not want a middleman. They come to DNA for our expertise, and, as the voice of the agency, our team needs to have distinct, transparent opinions on the work, the industry, and the world at large. Having convictions builds confidence with our partners. They know that what we say can be trusted, in the same way you can trust Charli XCX’s straightforward lyrics.
In a summer dominated by strong female vocalists, Charli stands out from the group by leaning into techno and experimenting with her sound. She’s not afraid to take chances. This is built into our ethos at DNA, where we live “Different Wins.” Our Brand Leadership infuses this ethos into the way we work. No process is set in stone; we constantly evolve and adapt our methods to determine what is best for our partners and team. We look to experiment when it makes sense, hoping to surpass expectations and deliver in new, unexpected ways.
My favorite part of Brat Summer is how Charli had fun with it all. It is the ultimate brat move to have fun doing what you love. The energy is infectious. Our team is mindful of the power positivity has. It’s not about sugar-coating bad news or cracking a joke; it’s about showing up ready to solve problems and get shit done while reminding ourselves that our attitude impacts our team and partners. The more fun we make the work, the easier it is to collaborate and be open to different thinking.
Okay. After writing this, I have decided that Brat Summer will not end. Brat Summer will continue to live within me and the DNA Business Leadership team. Long live Brat.
