Dan Gross

As Co-Founder and former Executive Creative Director, Dan worked on the kind of long term, game-changing campaigns that allowed DNA to even have a “long term” in the first place. Dan is also something of a rarity in advertising: someone who combines creativity with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He started his first agency at the tender age of 30. 

Dan has played a key role in growing the agency, holding the creative bar high and helping foster a culture that is honest, collaborative, and driven by ideas, not egos. As Founder, he continues to be an inspirational and valued member of the team.
