ROLLINSVILLE, Colorado, USA, October 7, 2015 — ICOM, the largest global network of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies, has appointed Seattle-based full-service agency DNA to its growing ranks of agency partners. DNA joins other recent additions that include Teskilat, Istanbul; and ISC Innovators, Kuala Lumpur.
With over 80 member agencies around the world, ICOM provides independent agencies the ability to tap into a global network of like-minded companies to share resources, best practices and capabilities. Principals are encouraged to develop ongoing relationships with other member agency owners like themselves in a non-competitive environment. Other US-based agencies within the ICOM group include Chicago-based Cramer-Krasselt, Alabama-based Lewis Communications, Viva Partnership of Miami, The Phelps Group of LA and others.

“We have been looking to add an independent agency in Seattle to our network for years, because it is such a great location given the large number of global businesses that are based in the market and the independent spirit of the region,” said Emma Keenan, Executive Director of ICOM. “We have been talking with DNA for some time and are very excited they will be part of the growing ICOM group.”

Now in its 17th year, DNA has a wide range of regional and national clients that tap into its deep strategic consulting expertise and integrated creative approach that builds engagement, trust and true connections with consumers and its clients’ brands across all channels. Its clients include Alaska Airlines, Tommy Bahama, PEMCO Insurance, BECU, Golden 1 Credit Union, Puget Sound Energy and more.
“As we look for new ways to build our clients’ brands, having the ability to work with other agencies around the world is a great benefit we can offer,” explained Alan Brown, Co-founder and CEO of DNA. “ICOM is the leading independent network of agencies and they have a great roster of members that we look forward to collaborating with in the future.”
