We couldn’t be more excited and proud for our client, Alaska Airlines today! For the 8th year in a row, Alaska Airlines has received the J. D. Power Award for customer service – topping the list among traditional carriers.

We began working with Alaska in 2014 with the intent of helping them maintain their preferred position. As luck would have it, Alaska was ready to introduce their new inflight service called Alaska Beyond – an upgraded experience that includes inflight entertainment on your personal device, Northwest-inspired gourmet food and beverage, RECARO seats and power outlets for every passenger. Leveraging our “Calling All Explorers” campaign theme, we moved quickly to launch Alaska Beyond to passengers.

And as they say, the rest is history. Alaska bested all other traditional carriers again this year. Our client, Halle Hutchison, Managing Director, Brand and Marketing Communications said this morning, “We could NOT have launched Alaska Beyond without your team. Thank you so much for your partnership and commitment!”

No Halle, thank You! And, thank you Alaska Airlines for continuing to be the airline of choice – not just for Seattleites, but for flyers all across America.
