Char Short

People really like working at DNA, and that’s largely thanks to Char Short. As Director of Talent + Culture, Char is the closest thing we have to what most agencies might call an HR Director. In reality, however, she’s so much more. One part recruiter, one part confidante and 12 parts humanitarian, Char brings a level of joy and respect to our office that is hard to come by in this industry. Prior to joining DNA, Char was Managing Director and VP of New Business for a creative agency in New York. Rumor has it the entire office is still in therapy following her departure.
